Accessibility
We want everyone aged 18 and over to be able to use Glidebomb comfortably. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and we test the site with a keyboard, a screen reader and at phone widths.
What works today
- Every page and every game can be used with a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link is the first thing on each page, and focus is always visible.
- Game results are announced in plain words, such as "Line 3 pays 120", for screen-reader users. Symbols have text names.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, reels, wheels and drops show their result straight away without animation.
- Body text and buttons meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Forms label every field, explain each error next to the field and never rely on colour alone.
Known limits
- The scratch cards are easiest with a pointer; keyboard and screen-reader users can use the Reveal all button instead.
- Game artwork is decorative and not described in detail beyond each symbol's name.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on the site is hard to use, write to hello@glidebomb.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two working days and to fix problems in the next update.
