1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of glidebomb.com ("Glidebomb", "we", "us"). Glidebomb is a free-to-play social casino website offering original slot-style, instant, card and number games for entertainment only. There is no real money play, no in-app purchases and no prizes of monetary value.

2. Who can use Glidebomb

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, and the site is intended for people who live in the United Kingdom. By confirming your age or registering you tell us that you meet these conditions. If we learn that someone under 18 is using an account, we will ask for it to be deleted.

Do not use Glidebomb if you have chosen to exclude yourself from gambling and feel that casino-style games could undermine that choice. Free help is listed on our responsible play page.

3. Your account

Guests can play every game in demo mode. Demo progress is not saved. A free account keeps your Glide Coins, levels, wings, round history and saved games.

Your account is created and stored in the browser on the device where you register. We do not receive or hold a copy of it. This means that clearing your browser's site data, using a private window or changing device will lose access to the account, and we cannot restore it. Keep your password and your recovery key safe; anyone with them can use your account on that device.

One person may keep more than one account only on different devices. Please choose a pilot name that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.

4. Glide Coins

Glide Coins are a virtual play currency used only to play our games. They are given away free — on registration, on the airfield, through flight plans and as refills — and they cannot be bought.

Glide Coins have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services, vouchers or anything else, on or off the site. They are not your property and they do not create any debt or obligation between you and us. Playing or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

5. The games

All games are Glidebomb originals. Results are generated at random in your browser and are fixed before any animation starts. The returns for every outcome are shown on each game's page. We may adjust games, tables, rewards and the play economy, for example to fix an error; if a fault affects a round, the round may be void.

Our games are for entertainment. They are not gambling, they do not simulate the odds of any real-money product, and nothing on the site is advice about gambling.

6. Fair use

Please do not interfere with the site, try to break its security, copy it, scrape it at scale, automate play, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not send us messages that are abusive or that contain other people's personal data. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses the site.

7. Breaks and closing an account

You can pause your account from your logbook for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. A break cannot be lifted early. You can delete your account at any time from your logbook; deletion removes it from your browser immediately and cannot be undone. You can stop using the site at any time without giving a reason.

8. Our content

The games, artwork, text, design and code of Glidebomb belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, republish or sell any part of it without our written permission.

9. Our liability to you

The site is provided free of charge and "as available". We try to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We are not responsible for the loss of an account stored in your browser, for example after site data is cleared.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change the site and these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and where a change is significant we will show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law and complaints

If something has gone wrong, please write to hello@glidebomb.com first; we aim to reply within two working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
